After you perform an upgrade on your server, you will need to ensure that all other databases are updated as well.
If you have an archived database or a separate company within Dr. Dispatch you will need to run the Update Manager on each one of your secondary databases after the upgrade is finished on the server. Once the upgrade runs, open up Dr Dispatch and select System-->Open Database.
Choose your archive/secondary database and wait for Dr Dispatch to generate an error. After the error appears, close the program and run the Update Manager from the Program files x 86 directory.
Repeat this process for each additional database.
