Multi-User Security:

1. Security Enabled: Turns on Multi-User Security features, such as requiring User password/login.
   1. Only Allow One Carrier Assignment Per Load: Prevents more than one carrier to be assigned to the same load.
   2. Brokerage Invoicing: Users may only invoice their loads: Prevents Users from invoicing loads not assigned to them.
   3. Trucking Invoicing: Users may only invoice their loads: Prevents Users from invoicing loads not assigned to them.
   4. Brokerage: Apply security to carrier lane history: Filters carrier lane history search results according to Security settings per User.

• Note: Make sure you write down the default User and Password before changing the admin Password.

Customers:

1. Require Physical Address: Globally require all customers to have Physical Address information.
2. Require Billing Address: Globally require all customers to have Billing Address information.

• If either of the above are checked, then no one can assign a customer if the required information is missing.

Stop Preferences:

1. Require Shipper's Name, City, State - Disabled: Enabling this disables the requirements and allows entries without Name, City, State.
2. Require Receiver's Name, City, State - Disabled: Enabling this disables the requirements and allows entries without Name, City, State.
   
   

Stops Time Format:

1. 12 Hour Time (AM/PM): Enabled uses 12 hour time formatting for the "Time" field on stops.  Disabled defaults to 24 hour time formatting.

Load COPY Limits:

1. Limit copied loads to # copies at a time: When using Utilities > Copy Load from either Dispatch screen, this limits the number to prevent errors from extreme quantities.  We've seen 250,000 copied loads before.
