To resolve this error, you will need to login to your QuickBooks file as the Administrator.
Navigate to Edit-->Preferences-->Integrated Applications-->Company Preferences
Ensure there is a checkmark next to Notify the user before running any application whose certificate has expired
Save changes, exit QuickBooks and then restart
