If you are a new user of Dr Dispatch or of Quickbooks, then the QuickBooks menu can help you quickly and easily sync your Customer and Carrier databases. This can be a huge time-saver when getting started!

  • This feature is intended to be used only by new users of Dr Dispatch, or of QuickBooks.

 



WARNING: If you already have established databases in both Dr Dispatch and QuickBooks, then using these functions can create duplicate entries! 


  1. If you have a Dr Dispatch database already, and are a new user of QuickBooks:
    • "Export Customers TO QuickBooks" button: Exports your current DRD Customer database to QuickBooks.
    • "Export Carriers TO QuickBooks" button: Exports your current DRD Carrier database to QuickBooks.

  2. If you have a QuickBooks database already, and are a new user of Dr Dispatch:
    • "Import Customers FROM QuickBooks" button: Imports your current QuickBooks Customer database into DRD.
    • "Import Carriers FROM QuickBooks" button: Imports your current QuickBooks Carrier database into DRD.
