Due to browser and Windows settings, Dr Dispatch Cloud Web Access may sometimes not appear the way that it should. 



This occurs due to several factors: Windows scaling settings, monitor resolution, browser zoom settings, and how much space on the screen is being taken up by UI elements like the Windows Task Bar and the Address Bar in your browser.  If you see a screen like above in your browser, please logout of DRD, then follow these instructions:


  1. Open a new browser tab/window and go to DRD Cloud.
  2. Push the F11 key to enter full screen mode.
  3. Enter your login credentials as normal and login.
  4. Once you see your remote desktop, you may press the F11 key again to exit full screen mode.
