Please navigate to Dr. Dispatch-->System-->Settings-->Preferences-->Email Setup.
You may need to ask your IT person or mail provider about the correct SMTP outgoing mail server as well as the port #. This information varies with each email provider and is not something we are able to look up for you on this end.
Please verify the correct email address and password are entered on the bottom of the setup screen in the Credentials area.
Note: If you use Gmail or Yahoo, please refer to the application specific info if you encounter error messages after email setup.
