Customers with a current support contract may upgrade their system at any time.
All of the upgrades published on our website are password protected. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the current password.

Instructions for Upgrade (Server Is Always First)
- 1. Close Dr Dispatch on all computers including remote users (if applicable.)
2. Install the upgrade for Dr Dispatch from the link above on your server first.
3. Your server update will start the Update Manager program (automatically runs and closes.)
4. Repeat step 3 on all Dr Dispatch computers after the server is upgraded.
5. If you have an archived or second database/company, please follow the steps listed here.
6. If QuickBooks integration is not working after an upgrade, please log into your QuickBooks company file as the Admin user and try again.
