This button opens the driver advance screen and allows you to enter/manage all drive advances.
you choose a driver, then ADD an advance. make sure you tab through ALL the fields until it ask you if you want another one.
ALWAYS put in the proper date issued and proper pro #. it will be hard to argue this with a driver later if you do not have the details.

you can use this form to help keep track of all advances, even the ones that have been deducted from payroll using the different filter options.

in the end any ADVANCES you enter for a driver will be DEDUCTED from his pay via our PAYROLL system.
DRD offers a fuel import module that can import fuel & cash advance info from comdata, EFS, Fleetone, T-Chek, MutiService and TCH,
you have the ability to add any or all fuel purchases to the 'Drv Advance' system when importing. this cuts out a huge amount of labor, not having to add FUEL as an ADVANCE for owner operators etc.
DRD figures all loads a drv is to be paid for, ability to SUBTRACT the advances/loans/paymts and ADD back any reimbursements in DRIVER PAYROLL
