This menu allows access to many handy features.

Some of these things are accessed easier in a different place.

We will go over the items that are unique to this menu.



  1. FIND REF # -> allows you to find any load by the REF (you can also CLICK the ref # field on DISPATCH screen).
  2. opens form to enter a Customs broker to allow passage through the Canadian Border
  3. CREATE DH RECORD. rarely used, makes a NON revenue pro to move a trk from say Miami, Fl -> Savannah, Ga. explains the DH so to speak.
  4. REMOVE TRK/TRL AND RESET TO AVAILABLE STATUS -> does just that.
  5. COPY load-> VERY handy feature. you can create load->make as many copies as you want!
  6. CANCEL LOAD -> cancels a Load. this allows you to keep the load, yet it will not show in invoicing, revenue etc. to make load LIVE again->come back HERE
  7. MOVE LOAD TO BROKERAGE -> moves the LOAD to brokerage, creates new pro #, you have option to leave or DELETE from trking. be careful not to invoice twice!
  8. CLOSE EMPTY LOADS -> This will CLOSE all loads marked as EMPTY
  9. CLOSE MASTER LOAD -> this will CLSOE the MASTER part of a split. a split has at least 3 parts.1) the MASTER for invoicing 2) leg .01 3) leg .02
  10. ADD TO RE-OCCURRING LOAD TEMPLATES -> this will ADD the load shown in DISPATCH to the re-occurring templates which is also accessed from the 'Lanes/Templates' tab
