This screen allows you to change the names/labels of certain Trucking fields in the Customer Rate (gross pay) and the Stop Grid.




The custom captions will flow through to your DRD invoices, loadsheets, rate confirmations and other key reports.

  1. Use Custom INVOICE Labels (trk): Enable the custom labels entered below.
    • Truck Rate Captions (rating/invoicing): Enter the labels that you want to use instead of the standard names.
  2. Use Custom STOP Labels (trk): Enable the custom labels entered below.
    • Truck STOP info Captions: Enter the labels that you want to use instead of the standard names.
  3. Save (button): Click to save changes.


CAUTION: If you turn ON the STOP captions and ALSO use 'Store Grid Settings', the new captions will be saved as part of the grid. If you use custom stop captions, and then turn them off, you will need to do the following:  "Store Grid Settings" will need to be turned off as well, then close and re-open DRD, and you can then turn "Store Grid Settings" back on.
