Creating load templates is easy...... just create or pull up a load that you haul repeatedly on the dispatch screen. Move the the mouse cursor to a blank spot on the upper portion of the screen and right/click , chose Add as Load Template from the dialogue box. ... you will then get a screen asking to confirm, click 'Yes'
A message box then opens, asking to name the Template. Keep it simple and easily understood.
The next time you click New Load, you can go to the Template field and use the drop down and your new template name will appear, click and the load will auto-fill with the information, just edit as needed..... HUGE time savings for re-occuring loads!.
(NOTE) you can go to the Templates/Lanes Tabs to edit or make any changes to these template loads and also create template loads directly
