Please follow the below instructions to setup access to your DRD Cloud Remote Desktop from an Android device.
First, you will need to go to the Google Play store, then download and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop client app.
You can easily find it by searching for "Microsoft Remote Desktop". Be sure to select the app that is actually made by Microsoft.
After installation, open the app and you will see the below screen.
Tap/click on the "+" icon in the top right corner.
Select "Desktop".
Tap/click "Add Manually".
PC Name: drd-vdl-app01.drdispatch.com
User name: Select "Enter every time" if you don't want to save any logon credentials. Select "Add user account" if you'd prefer to save your logon credentials.
Tap/click on "Show additional options".
The only required info is "Gateway". Enter the following: access.drdispatch.com
The other options are actually optional and can be safely ignored.
Click "Save" in the upper-right corner of the prompt.
