Please follow the below instructions to set up an RDP connection on a Mac.
Before starting, you will need to download and install https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-remote-desktop-10/id1295203466?mt=12
- NOTE: Installation requires MacOS 10.14 or higher.
Download your RDP file:
Go to https://access.drdispatch.com/rdweb/ and enter your Web Access logon credentials.
- Your logon Username will be in the format of: MC#-name.
Click on the computer icon named Dr Dispatch to download your RDP profile.
- Save this file in an easily accessible location.
Open the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
From the Settings menu (gear icon), select "Import From RDP File..."
Browse to the file that you just downloaded and import it.
Select the newly created connection link.
Enter your RDP username and password.
Username format: MC#-name@drdispatch
