Setting up your connection

To login using Microsoft Remote Desktop, please go to: https://access.drdispatch.com/RDWeb/
Enter your web access username and password.
- Your username will normally be in the pattern of: MCnumber-Username
- Example: 654321-Dispatcher1
Click the icon for Dr Dispatch to download an icon to use to connect to your DRD Cloud account.
- After downloading, move the downloaded file to your Windows desktop for easy access.
- You can rename the new icon if desired.
Right-click on the icon, then select "Edit".
- Enter your RDP Username.
- This will be in the format of: MCnumber-Username@drdispatch
- Enable the checkbox for "Allow me to save credentials" if you don't want to have to type in your username every time that you logon to DRD Cloud.
- Click the "Save" button.
- Close the screen.
Optional:
If you use multiple monitors and do not want the DRD Cloud remote desktop to be displayed on all monitors:
- Click the "Display" tab.
- Uncheck the box for "Use all my monitors for the remote session".
- Click the "General" tab.
- Click the "Save" button.
- Close the screen.
