WebRD - I can't enter times or dates into DRD when I connect using the DRD Cloud website : Dr Dispatch

Question: When I log into DRD Cloud with my web browser, I can't type in times or dates into DRD.

1. Log into the WebRD portal.

2. Click on the gear icon to open settings, then turn on "Enable Input Method Editor"

3. Click on the PC icon for DrDispatch to connect to your DRD Cloud remote desktop.
