Question: When I export something from Dr Dispatch to a PDF format, I either get garbage text or no text at all.

Answer

Users experiencing any garbage of missing information on a PDF report in Dr Dispatch should ensure the "Embedded Fonts" option is checked during generation as shown below:

This will increase the PDF's file-size but will also ensure that it opens and displays correctly almost anywhere.
