The load planning tab may or may not be used. It can simplify getting available trucks with available loads.
AVAILABLE LOADS are in TOP grid
AVAILABLE TRUCKS are in bottom grid.
NOTE: you must press REFRESH so DRD can re read the data and see if any NEW TRUCKS show as available!(see image)
These days a TRUCK should NOT hit available status often. the goal is to PRE-LOAD or PRE-BOOK loads before they get empty and the LOADBOARD is better at helping do that.

BUTTONS
AVAILABLES -> this button simply returns you to the PLANNING screen if you press LTL or Quick Quote.
LTL -> this open the LTL management screen. from here you can build and manage all LTL loads
LTL allows you to TAG loads as PARTIALS, then drag & drop those into TRIPS for LTL consolidation.
After you place a check on a few loads to designate them as partials. go to LTL to combine two or more partials into a single TRIP (load)
you can use our grids to sort & group partials with similar ORIGIN & DESTINATIONS etc.
After you get an a TRIP built, you can dbl click or press EDIT TRIP to manage/Dispatch/change status etc
Change the order o fthe stops at bottom. MAKE sure to press REORDER STOPS first
Use just like out main DISPATCH screen. get drv pay, enter miles etc
.
QUICK QUOTE -> This opens a from that can give you very precise freight quotes, you have to provide some baseline info in SETUP for this to work.

7 Day List -> this gives a report that mimics what folks do with a legal pad in a dispatch office. A list of what UNLOADS WHERE for the next 7 days
