This error is usually caused by loads that are invoiced with no pick or drop dates on the original load. There also must be dates entered for any optional deadhead or waypoints on the load. To resolve this issue, open the load(s) in the dispatch area and enter dates and save. When you are finished, reverse the invoice(s) and reprocess.
Try exporting to QuickBooks again to verify that the changes were successful.
