Users can send email from DRD, but can not receive email.
Please navigate to Dr. Dispatch-->System-->Settings-->Email Setup, then fill in the fields with your email settings information.
- These settings are saved locally to each computer and will need to be setup individually on every station that will be expected to send out emails from DRD.
You may need to ask your IT person or mail provider about the correct SMTP outgoing mail server and the port #. This information varies with each email provider and is not something we are able to look up for you on our end.
Please verify that the correct email address and password are entered on the bottom of the setup screen in the Logon Credentials area.
Note: If you use Gmail or Yahoo, please refer to the application specific info if you encounter error messages after email setup in DRD.
