While some issues that you may run into with DRD can be resolved with a simple phone call or email to our Tech Support, other issues may require a more hands-on approach to let your Support perform a remote login into a computer that is having issues. Please follow the instructions below when DRD Support requests a remote login session.

  1. A small program named "SplashtopSOS.exe" should automatically begin downloading. 
    • If the download does not start on it's own, please click on the appropriate download link for your OS.




  1. Run the SplashtopSOS.exe program.
  2. Select Yes/OK/Accept to any and all security prompts that may pop up.
  3. Wait for a 9-digit code to be generated by the program.
  4. Tell the Tech Support staff the 9-digit code via email or phone.



  • If you want, you can save the downloaded SplashtopSOS.exe program somewhere safe and re-use it for future tech support sessions instead of re-downloading it for each ticket.
