Email providers recently began retiring support for old security protocols.
Dr Dispatch needs upgraded to the latest version and then a newer protocol selected in settings:
Once you are upgraded to the latest version of Dr Dispatch:
- Click the Settings button or click the System menu and select Settings
- Set the method to sslTLSv1_2
- Click Test Settings
