If you export in Quickbooks and you got this error, it is most likely problem with Manage Accounts in QB Setup
1. Go to Settings->QB Integration->Setup Now->(2) Manage Accounts
2. Go to Brokerage tab or Trucking Tab (depends which invoice has the problem)
3. Try to click the Refresh button. Make sure all drop down are fill up including the Factor Fee Account.
If it is fill up already make sure that line item exist in their Quickbooks
For QBO you can go to Gear icon-> All list for AP
and Gear icon->Products and Services for AR
4. Go to (5) Terms - and make sure to fill up the AP and AR terms too and save
