IMPORTANT: Dr Dispatch recommends that you have a qualified and experienced computer technician to perform this task.  If you do not have a support contract and proceed with these instructions please understand that you are doing so at your own risk.  

As this handles sensitive Dr Dispatch data, no one except IT professionals or any certified computer technician should handle this task. We consider it inadvisable to handle, modify, change, or delete the Dr Dispatch data folder unless qualified. Dr Dispatch and any affiliates are not responsible for the loss or corruption of data. 



Before starting, you will need to download the NexusDB Enterprise Manager program to be able to directly edit your database. Extract the zip file, then place the extracted nxEnterpriseManager.exe into the DrDispatch program folder.

  • The default program file path is:
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\DrDispatch 5


Reversing Carrier Advances:

Open NexusDB Enterprise Manager.

  1. Double-click your server's IP address.
  2. Double-click the name of your database.
  3. Double-click "Tables".
  4. Double-click the "badvance" table.
  5. Find the record that you want to reverse, then delete the data in the "DATEDED" field for that record, then hit the Enter key.

Close NexusDB Enterprise Manager, then open DRD to verify that the changes were successful.



Searching for a specific record:

  1. Click the "Index" drop-down menu at the upper-left of the table screen.
    • Select the column that you want to search by.
  2. Enter your search term into the "Find nearest" field, then hit the Enter key or click the "Find" button on the right.
